EJB Creative Group LLC guarantees the authenticity of each hand-signed piece sold on edgarbrown.com. Every purchase includes a digital Certificate of Authenticity and video documentation of the artwork.

Return Policy

Items purchased are subject to a 10-day money-back guarantee after receipt. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging with a return authorization number. Call (201) 340-1649 or email contact us here to obtain a return authorization. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Handling

All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery. Original paintings and limited editions are shipped fully insured via UPS or FedEx with signature confirmation required. Shipping times vary based on location and availability.

In the unlikely event that artwork is damaged during transit, contact us immediately at (201) 340-1649. Do not discard the packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.
